We understand it’s a “refresher course”, something many of us just have to do.

Our learner-focussed courses are designed to engage and empower participants, in an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

OK, so what makes it refreshingly different ? Its a refresher course, it should be refreshing. So, we've designed our courses to keep participants active and engaged in first aid simulations. We use fake blood, props and scripted scenarios to create a realistic simulation event. We don't bombard you with never ending power-point slides and boring lectures. Course content is presented in a variety of unique ways, so you can refresh your knowledge with a quick-splash or do a deep-dive into each first aid topic.

Our courses are different to the rest. We’ve designed it to be a unique learning experience. We don’t do death-by-powerpoint, we keep it real and relevant.

We offer a range of engaging, interactive learning activities, combined with practical, hands-on and scenario-based workshops.

Why are your courses unique? All our courses are designed and developed in-house, by the team of people who actually deliver the courses. We don't do the usual sit-down lecture sessions and there are no long and boring powerpoint slide shows. You'll be active, engaged and challenged. We don't use third-party materials, so we're able to intrgrate student feedback directly into the course materials. Our courses materials are always fresh, real and relevant.

Performing actual first aid is always done in person, it can’t be done online. All our courses are conducted in a trainer-led, face to face format; so you can have actual interactions with real people.

We also use unique and interactive digital resources to support the trainer, not replace the trainer.

So, why did he cover his eye with an iPad ? Online learning and AI platforms are definately powerful tools, but they don't work in all situations; it's like hammering a nail with a can opener. We're a team of real and diverse humans. We deliver all our courses in a trainer-led face to face format and we also focus on the teaching methods we use. We apply an experiential learning model to all our courses. We believe it is the most effective method for first aid training and provides a unique learning experience.
